Max Workouts 2013 Transformation Contest Results

Max Workouts works.  I found this workout and eating plan system a couple of years ago.  The first thing I noticed was the workouts are very short, and very intense.  The second thing I noticed was the eating plan is easy.  The third thing I noticed was the program really works.  And once I got over the soreness hump, I noticed the workouts are fun.

I started the 12 week transformation contest on May 20, 2013, and ended on August 10, 2013.  Here are my before/after pics:
